Having worked in the transport office at Asda Skelmersdale CDC for 3 years I have spent a lot of that time doing our labour plan. This on many occasions has involved booking and using Agency staff. One of my 1st ports of call every time I need to book Agency has been John Holden Agency with my main contact being Hannah Mitchell.

I have always found Hannah and her team very professional in their approach to the job and have always given us excellent service. Any issues we have ever had have always been addressed and sorted out amicably and this has never given myself and our team here any concern. At times we have asked for help at very short notice at peak times and the team at John Holden has nearly always been in a position to help. The Quality of drivers supplied by Hannah and her team are of a very high standard and the faces we see here day in day out very rarely change and it would be fair to say that myself and the team treat and regard these drivers as part of our team and have become good friends with a number of the drivers.
